Leeds GP Confederation
Working as part of the organisation's management team, leading the design and implementation of new mechanisms to hear and act on the voice of general practice in decision making.

Developing a new approach to Diabetes, Sheffield Health and Care Partnership
Synthesising a range of complex views from city health, care, and Third Sector partners and developing a clear outline proposal for a new partnership approach to supporting people with diabetes in the community. This proposal was used to apply for and successfully secure £450k of investment to implement the programme.

The value that Holly brought wasn’t simply the production of communication products, it was also her leadership and guidance to shape facilitated partnership discussions, to drive consent and move us towards a workable set of next steps proposals. The added value that this project brings is to move leadership into communities, overcoming some really tricky power dynamics that exist between sectors and organisations. Holly was able to drill down into the thinking and language used to frame mine and other partners’ understanding about what we collectively want to achieve and she was then able to play that back in a way that brought together ideas into a really effective articulation of how we could move forward with a shared sense of purpose and collective ownership. Creating Community Conversations, NHS England and Co-Create
Rationalising content and creating a communications and marketing approach to launch a national learning programme for primary care to grow engagement with their local communities.

Strategic Development Programme, Leeds Arts Health and Wellbeing Network (LAHWN)
Facilitating sessions with a range of partners to co-design objectives for the network and developing an aligned delivery plan to achieve outcomes. Maintaining strategic relationships and creating funding proposals to support the network's future development.
