Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be paid for in advance of attending. If you need to cancel then we will provide a refund as follows: - An administration fee of £20 per booking is retained to cover costs. - If you cancel more than 10 working days before the session you will receive a full refund, minus the administration fee. - If you cancel within 10 working days of the event, then there is no refund. - In the unfortunate event that I need to cancel a session, you will get a full refund.
